Meet Nick
The Full Story
In my younger years, I faced the devastating loss of my mother, who was tragically murdered. During this difficult time, I was connected with a therapist, but unfortunately, the experience wasn't as beneficial as I had hoped. Determined to make a positive difference in the lives of others facing similar struggles, I embarked on a journey to become the kind of therapist I wished I had during that challenging period of my life.

My path led me to work with the homeless community for two years, where I gained valuable experience in understanding and supporting individuals dealing with adversity. Subsequently, I transitioned to a role as a residential therapist, providing individual and family therapy for five years. Through this work, I honed my expertise in addressing trauma, ADHD, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and family therapy.
A particular passion of mine emerged during this time: assisting older teens and younger adults with career planning. Witnessing the impact of guidance and support in shaping their futures fueled my dedication to this area of therapy.

As I worked to transform my own life, I set my sights on achieving my goal of becoming a therapist. Despite facing challenges, I turned my average grades into good ones and was accepted into a post-secondary program that allowed me to earn my associate's degree while still attending high school. This laid the foundation for my continued education, culminating in the attainment of my master's degree in social work.
Today, I am privileged to use my personal experiences, professional expertise, and unwavering dedication to help others navigate their own healing journeys. I am committed to providing compassionate and effective therapy, guiding individuals towards positive change and resilience. Through CORE Therapy, I am honored to walk alongside you as you embark on your path to healing and empowerment.
